My battery died while was out shopping. I called AAA Berks/Reading, and they sent this company out. Evan was the young man who charged my battery. He was friendly, professional, took his time and answered all my questions. The time first quoted to me went over by a half hour or so, but that was my only issue. Also, I found out that AAA’s cost for a battery is at least $20-50 less than some retailers. If I ever get stuck again, I would like it to be on a Tuesday so I can have Evan help me again.

On a rainy Saturday, I came out from my swim at the Y to a car that would not start. All kinds of lights were flashing simultaneously on my dash. I was able to call my husband to come and try to do a jump start in case it was my battery. That did not seem to work at all. Next i called AAA, not knowing who would respond or how long it may take. Within 20 minutes, Brandon from JayBird Towing pulled in. He quickly used some of his diagnostic tools and determined that my 5.5 year old battery had died. He advised that he had a new battery that i could purchase on the spot, and he quickly installed it. I was able to start right up and head home. Brandon was kind, knowledgable and efficient. I locked my keys in my car and used roadside with my insurance and they sent Jaybird. They were at my house in 15 minutes and had my keys out within 2 minutes. Very helpful, fast, and Friendly

My experience with “Jay Bird Towing” has been one amazing experience. My driver “ Dave Eichelberger” is the greatest. He loves what he does and he cares about the cars he transports. When I say he is amazing, I can’t find another word to describe him. I appreciated his professionalism, and caring attitude so much that I inquired about him again for service. If the owner is reading this, you have a great employee working for you and making your company look so GOOD!!! We need more compassionate people like “Dave”. Thanks again!!!

Okay... I take it back. I once thought this company didn't care about it's customers or there service but after talking to the owner this morning.. I can admit I was very wrong. Jay.. the owner of the company... Spoke to me and not only did he make things right but this man served some of the most horrible areas to drive on. Thank you not only for fixing my issue but thank you for your service and dedication to serving the residents of Pennsylvania. It's funny... That once you get to talk to someone who really cares for his company and for the ones he serves... What a difference a phone call can make.
